This website is operated by MG Projeks Sdn Bhd (Company No. 1447260-P), Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
The site describes the work we do and the projects we have delivered. It is general information. It is not a quotation, a design proposal, a professional opinion on any particular site, or an offer capable of acceptance.
Nothing on this site forms a contract. Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written quotation and contract setting out the scope, the price, the programme and the terms. Where this site and a signed contract differ, the contract governs.
We prepare and lodge submissions, attend inspections and close findings. We do not control the outcome. Approval and registration decisions rest with the local authority, Bomba, the Ministry of Health and other relevant bodies, as do their timelines. Nothing on this site is a guarantee that a particular approval, licence or registration will be granted, or granted by a particular date.
Durations, floor areas, storey counts and similar figures shown on this site describe past projects. They are not a commitment for your project.
Photographs and drawings on this site show work carried out by MG Projeks Sdn Bhd, published with the permission of the clients concerned. Client names, logos and trade marks belong to their owners and appear here to identify facilities we have delivered, not to imply any endorsement of your project.
The design, text, layout and code of this site, and the drawings we produce, belong to MG Projeks Sdn Bhd unless stated otherwise. You may view and print pages for your own use. You may not copy the site or a substantial part of it, or republish it, without our written permission.
Where we link to another site, for example WhatsApp or Google Maps, we do not control it and are not responsible for its content or for how it handles your data.
We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. The site runs on third-party software and hosting that we do not control, and it may be unavailable during updates or maintenance. We may change or remove content at any time.
To the extent the law allows, MG Projeks Sdn Bhd is not liable for loss arising from reliance on information published on this site. This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law, and it does not affect your rights under a signed contract with us.
