Most clinic owners end up managing an architect, a builder and a licensing consultant who blame each other when the inspection fails. We hold all three.
Layout drawn against KKM private healthcare facility requirements from the first sketch: consultation room sizes, treatment and sluice areas, clinical waste flow, accessible entry. Compliance is settled at drawing stage, before anything is built.
Design · Build · HandoverLocal council submission, fire and Bomba requirements, services sign-off, and the KKM inspection file for registration under the Private Healthcare Facilities and Services Act 1998. We prepare the file, attend the walkthrough and close the findings.

How we work
MG Projeks Sdn Bhd works out of Shah Alam, Selangor, with more than twenty-five years behind it. Most of our work is medical: clinics, diagnostic suites and pharmacies. That focus is deliberate. A contractor who only builds shops learns the rules once, and forgets them by the next job.
Design, construction and the approval file sit with us. If the inspection raises a finding, there is nobody else for us to point at.
You get a scope and a drawing before a number. Variations get quoted in writing before anyone lifts a tool.
We are moving into shophouse development from 2026, applying the same approvals discipline to commercial units.
